Welcome to Lite Station AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lite Station AI website, applications, products, and services.

By accessing or using Lite Station AI, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. About Lite Station AI

Lite Station AI is an AI-powered workstation designed to help users simplify organization, productivity, scheduling, note-taking, budgeting, brainstorming, and workflow management through intelligent digital tools.

2. Eligibility

By using Lite Station AI, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years old
  • You have the legal ability to agree to these Terms
  • You will use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are using Lite Station AI on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require account registration.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

Lite Station AI is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits & Payments

Lite Station AI uses a credit-based model. There is no subscription.

Free Monthly Credits

Every account receives 100 free AI credits each month at no cost and without a payment method on file. AI chat uses 1 credit per message and AI-powered tools use 2 credits per action. Unused free credits do not roll over to the next month.

Top-Up Purchases

  • 100 additional credits — $20.00 one-time purchase

Purchased credits are added to your balance immediately and never expire. Prices may change with notice.

Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lite Station AI to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Distribute malware or malicious software
  • Interfere with platform performance or security
  • Abuse AI systems or attempt harmful prompt manipulation
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others

Lite Station AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Lite Station AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, suggestions, summaries, and other content.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unintended results.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it for personal, business, legal, financial, medical, or professional purposes.

Lite Station AI does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content.

7. User Content

Users may create, upload, store, or submit content through Lite Station, including notes, prompts, schedules, and other materials.

You retain ownership of your content.

By using Lite Station AI, you grant us a limited license to host, process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

Lite Station AI, including its branding, software, design, features, logos, graphics, and platform content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of Lite Station AI without written permission.

9. Platform Availability

We strive to keep Lite Station AI available and functioning smoothly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Lite Station AI may experience:

  • Maintenance periods
  • System updates
  • Downtime
  • Technical interruptions
  • Third-party service outages

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Lite Station AI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion if users:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse platform systems
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Create security risks
  • Misuse AI functionality

We may also remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lite Station AI and its owners, affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost profits
  • Data loss
  • Business interruptions
  • AI-generated inaccuracies
  • Service outages
  • Unauthorized access
  • User misuse of the platform

Your use of Lite Station AI is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lite Station AI from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
