At Lite Station AI, we strive to provide a simple, reliable, and high-quality experience for all users. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for credit top-ups on our platform.
By using Lite Station AI or purchasing credits, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Free Service
Lite Station AI is free to use. Every account includes 100 AI credits each month at no cost, with no subscription, no trial, and no recurring charges. Because the core service is free, there is nothing to refund for general access to the platform.
2. Credit Top-Ups
For users who need additional AI usage beyond the included monthly credits, Lite Station AI offers optional one-time credit top-ups.
All credit top-up purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are delivered to your account:
- Charges are non-refundable
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused credits
- Credits cannot be transferred between users or accounts
- Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
Please review your selected top-up pack and pricing carefully before completing checkout.
3. Limited Exceptions
Refunds for credit top-ups may be considered only in limited situations, including:
- Duplicate charges caused by billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions confirmed through investigation
- Charges that occurred due to a verifiable error on our end
- Credits that were not delivered to your account after a successful payment
Lite Station AI reserves the right to determine refund eligibility at its sole discretion. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, statutory refund rights are honored.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Unused purchased credits
- User dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses
- Misunderstanding of platform features or credit costs
- Account restrictions caused by Terms of Service violations
- Changes in pricing, features, or platform availability
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact Lite Station AI support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Forfeiture of remaining credits
- Restriction from future purchases
Lite Station AI reserves the right to provide transaction records and account activity to payment processors when resolving disputes.
6. Pricing Changes
Lite Station AI reserves the right to modify:
- Credit pricing and top-up packages
- Included monthly free credits
- Platform features
Changes apply to future purchases. Credits already purchased remain valid under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
